Job Title: Accountant

Job Status: Full and Part-time, Year-round

Reports To: Corporate Controller

Summary: Legendary LLC. is a diversified holding company with operations in hospitality, marina operations, marina & real estate development and construction. The accountant will prepare financial reports to track the organization’s assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities for multiple entities. 

Primary responsibilities and requirements

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, general ledger, and subsidiary ledgers for multiple entities.
• Accounts payable
• Bank reconciliations for multiple entities.
• Reconcile and verify all entries and postings to general ledger. 
• Ad hoc reporting
• Asset Management
• Loan Management
• Prepare annual 1099’s
• Credit card management, coding, receipt capture and reconciliation.
• Assistance with preparation of budgets and financial forecast

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• 5 years in accountant role required.
• Highly proficient in Excel and QuickBooks.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and people skills 
• Attention to accuracy and detail.

Other Qualifications 

Availability Open and operational five days a week. The employee may be asked to work longer days or over the weekend upon occasion.

License Requirements Valid driver’s license that has been in effect for at least three years, with no major violations and no more than two minor violations in the past three years.
